  • * All dogs must be up to date on the Rabies vaccination prior to an appointment*.

  • Kennel Cough is recommended but not required


  • We accept dogs that need medication, all medication needs to be given prior to an appointment.

  • For safety, if a dog has an abnormal medical record please let us know all information.


  • Appointments need to be canceled within 24 hours notice.

  • A cancellation fee of 50% will be added to the next appointment in the event of a no show.

  • Cancellation fees are 20% of appointment you had booked.

  • Holiday cancellation fees: 50% less than 24 hours notice, full appointment charge no show or cancel day of. 

  • Nail trim appointments do not receive a cancellation fee, please still give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel.

  • This cancellation fee also includes being 15 minutes late past scheduled appointment.

Drop off & Pick up

  • Please Arrive on time for scheduled appointment; appointments will not be taken past 15 minutes late.

  • Dogs need to be picked up no later than 30 minutes after Sam has texted or called you to let you know what time she will be finished.
    * Sam acknowledges life happens and things will come up. Please text or call Sam to communicate any situations that will effect the scheduled appointment or pick up*

  • Other

  • We do accept dogs that are intact (not spayed or nurtured ).

  • If a female is in heat, you must notify us prior to booking. If the female wears diapers, please provide them for the visit.

  • We accept dogs with behavioral issues. If the dog has behavioral issues with other dogs please inform us when making a reservation so we can make arrangements to best fit everyone's needs.
