Feeding

• food must be provided, will feed according to directions you provide​

• we strive to keep each dogs feeding schedule the same as their daily lives

• Food also includes treats

• Fresh water daily is always provide by us

Bedding & Toys

• Bringing toys & bedding are recommended to make your pup feel more comfortable being away from home

• If your pup uses pee pads at home please tell us a ahead of time, we will provide pee pads during visit. 

• For safety reasons if your pup needs supervision while chewy on toys or bones please do not bring for visit. 

• Please note we are not responsible for any destruction your pup causes to personal items such as beds & toys. 

Vaccinations 

* All dogs must be up to date on the following vaccinations prior to boarding*

• Rabies 

• Distemper-Hepatitis-Parvo 

• Bordetella ( kennel cough ) 

* If you are unsure what vaccinations your pup has please call your vet prior to making a reservation* 

Medical 

• we accept dogs that need medication 

• All medication needs to be correctly labeled with directions 

• For safety if dog has an abnormal medical record please let us know all information, we want to get to know your pup prior to arrival. 

Other

• we do accept dogs that are intact (not spayed or nurtured ).

• If female is in heat, you must notify us prior to booking. If female wears dippers, please provide them for visit.  

• We accept dogs with behavioral issues, including dog aggressive. If dog has behavioral issues with other dogs please inform us when making a reservation so we can make arrangements to best fit everyone's needs. 

Reservations & Cancellations 

• To make a reservation we require 50% deposit. 

• Deposits are refundable with a cancelation notice of 5 days prior to stay. Cancelation less than 5 days notice will result in no refund.

• For peak  dates deposits are refundable with a cancelation notice of  7 days prior to stay. Cancelation less than 7 days notice will result in no refund,
